This session, we’re fighting for legislation that removes the red tape standing between Virginians and the homes they need: statewide ADU permission, full “Yes in God’s Back Yard” authority for religious and nonprofit institutions, and the elimination of parking minimums and lot-size requirements that artificially inflate prices. These market-driven, freedom-oriented reforms will flood the market with new supply, give every Virginian a fairer access to the American Dream, and prove once again that the best solutions come from trusting people—not central planners.
