AFP-VA Endorses Ben Loyola for VA House of Delegates 98th District Republican Canvass
RICHMOND, VA – Americans for Prosperity-Virginia (AFP-VA) today announced the organization’s endorsement of Benito “Ben” Loyola in the Republican canvass for the Virginia House of Delegates 98th District after the passing of Del. Barry Knight. The firehouse canvass will be held Tuesday, February 24th at the Royal Courtyard in Virginia Beach. Voting will be held from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm. AFP-VA will be mobilizing grassroots support to assist Loyola in the canvassing effort.
Tim Parrish, AFP-VA Director, released the following statement:
“Delegate Knight set a high standard of leadership, and Ben Loyola is committed to upholding and advancing that same dedication to fiscal responsibility, economic growth, and lower taxes. As a Navy fighter pilot who served our nation in combat, and an entrepreneur who has created opportunity right here in Virginia Beach, Ben will be a strong, conservative voice for prosperity and freedom in Richmond. We are proud to endorse him and urge Republican voters in the 98th District to support his candidacy in Tuesday’s firehouse canvass.”
