Americans for Prosperity-Virginia Announces Mike Lamonea Endorsement
Chesapeake, VA—Today, Americans for Prosperity-Virginia (AFP-VA) announced its endorsement of Mike Lamonea for HD-89. Lamonea, a school board member, is a strong supporter of Education Savings Accounts, and he is well-positioned to be a strong voice for cutting taxes and reducing unnecessary spending.
As the largest grassroots organization in the state, AFP-VA will be laser-focused on supporting principled candidates in the Commonwealth’s most competitive races so that Virginians have the best possible representation in the state legislature.
AFP-VA State Director Tim Parrish issued the following statement:
“We are thrilled to endorse Mike Lamonea for the Virginia House of Delegates. Lamonea is a principled leader who is committed to fighting against unnecessary regulations and expanding economic opportunities for all Virginians.
“Our grassroots efforts have been proven to make a real impact in elections. AFP-VA is focused where we’re most effective to elect leaders who will tackle key issues like regulations, spending and taxes, and energy abundance.
“Our staff and volunteers are excited to get out and connect with voters to discuss the kitchen-table issues facing our communities and how Mike Lamonea will address them in the legislature once elected.”
