AFP-VA Congratulates Whittle, Lamonea on Primary Victories
Richmond, VA – Americans for Prosperity–Virginia (AFP-VA) proudly congratulates Madison Whittle (HD-49) and Mike Lamonea (HD-89) on their victories in Tuesday’s primary elections.
AFP-VA activated its grassroots network to support these policy champions in key primary contests—mobilizing volunteers to knock doors, make calls, and connect with voters across their districts. Through these efforts, AFP-VA helped amplify each candidate’s vision for economic growth, educational opportunity, and personal freedom.
AFP-VA State Director Tim Parrish released the following statement:
“AFP-VA is thrilled to congratulate Madison Whittle and Mike Lamonea on their primary victories. Voters in HD-49 and HD-89 chose leaders who will fight for common-sense policies that improve lives and expand opportunity.
“These wins are a testament to the power of the grassroots. Our activists worked tirelessly to support these champions—knocking doors, making calls, and sharing their stories. While we take a moment to celebrate, we’re already looking ahead to November. AFP-VA is committed to supporting Whittle and Lamonea through the general election and into the General Assembly.”
